Contents and copies of weekend detention order

In making a weekend detention order, the Youth Court —
(a)
may specify in the order the conditions to be complied with by the offender during the period that the order is in force; and
(b)
shall forthwith give a copy of the order each to the offender and the person-in-charge of the place of detention or warden of the approved institution, at which the offender is to serve the order.
