Regulation 11
Payment of ADL collections to Authority
Subregulation 1
An ADL collection agent must, within a period of 2 weeks after a return is given to the Authority under paragraph 10 in relation to an accounting period, pay to the Authority —
the total amount of ADL stated in the return as collected during that accounting period; and
the total amount of interest stated in the return as collected during that accounting period.
Subregulation 2
Where any of the ADL which an ADL collection agent is liable under sub‑paragraph (1) to pay to the Authority remains unpaid after the time by which the ADL is due according to that sub‑paragraph to be paid, the ADL collection agent is liable to pay to the Authority interest on the amount unpaid.
Subregulation 3
Interest under this paragraph accrues daily at the rate of 4.5%-point above the 3-month compounded SORA for the period —
starting the first day the ADL or part of it is in arrears; and
ending the day that the ADL in arrears is paid in full to the Authority.
