Regulation 23
Interpretation of master plans
Subregulation 1
In these Rules, where there is any contradiction, discrepancy or inconsistency between particulars shown on maps comprised in a draft master plan or final master plan relating to the same area, the map which is to a larger scale shall prevail.
Subregulation 2
Where there is any contradiction, discrepancy or inconsistency between a map comprised in a draft master plan or final master plan and the written statement thereof, such written statement shall prevail.
