Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation CAASA-S315-2009 2009, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2009.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded, in accordance with section 85(1) of the Act, by the Chief Executive or any authorised officer authorised by the Authority in writing to act under section 85 of the Act: (a)any offence under section 68(4) of the Act in connection with any contravention of by-law 4(1), 5(1), (2) or (4), 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16(1), 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31(1) or (2), 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 40, 41, 43(1) or (2), 44(1), 45, 46(2), 47(1), 48(1), (2) or (4), 49, 50, 51(1) or (2), 52, 53(1), (2), (5) or (6), 55(1) or (2), 69 or 91(1) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Changi Airport) By-laws 2009 (G.N. No. S 313/2009); (b)any offence under section 68(4) of the Act in connection with any contravention of by-law 4(1), 5(1), (2) or (4), 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16(1), 17, 19, 26, 27, 31(1) or (2), 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 40, 41, 43(1) or (2), 44(1), 46(1) or 47 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) By-laws 2009 (G.N. No. S 314/2009);
an offence under paragraph 5(2A) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Aviation Levy) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 459/2009).
Revocation
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Cap. 41, Rg 3) are revoked.
