16. Minimum safe distance from stationary aircraft

The driver of a vehicle in the movement area shall keep the vehicle at least 5 metres away from any wing-tip of a stationary aircraft.
(2)
Paragraph (1) shall not apply where the vehicle is directly below the wing-tip of the aircraft.
