Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Sustainable Aviation Fuel Levy) Order 2026

This Order is the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Sustainable Aviation Fuel Levy) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

Any term in this Order that is defined in the First Schedule has the meaning given to that term in that Schedule.

For the purposes of this Order, a flight of an aircraft begins when it starts push back from its stand at an airport.

Where any act is required or allowed to be done on a certain day under this Order and that day happens to be a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday (called an excluded day), the act may be considered as done in due time if it is done on the next day, not being an excluded day.
