—(1) Where any amount of SAF levy which an aircraft operator is liable to pay under paragraph 5 remains unpaid after the time by which it is due under paragraph 6, the aircraft operator is liable to pay the Authority interest on that amount or any part of it that remains outstanding (Z). (2) Interest under this paragraph accrues daily at the rate of 4.5%‑point above the 3‑month compounded SORA for the period —(a)starting on the day Z is in arrears; and(b)ending on the day that Z is paid in full to the Authority or the SAF levy collection agent.
Where any amount of SAF levy which an aircraft operator is liable to pay under paragraph 5 remains unpaid after the time by which it is due under paragraph 6, the aircraft operator is liable to pay the Authority interest on that amount or any part of it that remains outstanding (Z).

(1)

Where any amount of SAF levy which an aircraft operator is liable to pay under paragraph 5 remains unpaid after the time by which it is due under paragraph 6, the aircraft operator is liable to pay the Authority interest on that amount or any part of it that remains outstanding (Z). (2) Interest under this paragraph accrues daily at the rate of 4.5%‑point above the 3‑month compounded SORA for the period —

(a)

starting on the day Z is in arrears; and

(b)

ending on the day that Z is paid in full to the Authority or the SAF levy collection agent.
