Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Transfer Date) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Transfer Date) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.
Transfer date
For the purposes of section 26 of the Act, 1st July 2009 shall be the transfer date on which the airport undertaking of the Authority and employees of the Authority in that undertaking shall be transferred to the successor company under Part III of the Act.
