17. Amendment of section 74

In the FS Act, in section 74 —

(a)

in subsection (5), replace “subsection (2)” with “subsection (1)(a) or (2)”; and

(b)

in subsection (7), replace “subsection (2)” with “subsection (1) or (2)”.
