Commissioners to have powers of Judge

For the purposes of recovering any costs awarded or enforcing the payment of any fine ordered or imposed or giving effect to any warrant of arrest or order of imprisonment the commissioners or any of them shall have the powers of a Judge of the Supreme Court.
