14A. Exemption from this Part

Subject to such conditions as the Board may impose, the persons specified in the Schedule are exempted, to the extent specified in the Schedule, from any provision of this Part.

“Board” means the Enterprise Singapore Board established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018;

The Board may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedule.
