56. Offences by corporations

Where a corporation is guilty of an offence under this Act, any director, manager, secretary or other officer of the corporation who was, in any way, by act or omission, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or a party to, the commission of the offence is also guilty of that offence.
