Clause 12

Section 30(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)provide for the exemption by the Board of any commodity broker or class of commodity brokers, or any transaction or class of transactions relating to trading in commodity contracts, from any of the provisions of such regulations; and”.
