Clause 9

Section 18(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:“(d)if, in the case of a representative, the licence of the commodity broker, commodity trading adviser or commodity pool operator, in relation to whom the licence was granted, is revoked;”.
