Amendment of section 33
In the CDRA, in section 33, replace subsection (2) with —“(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations for all or any of the following matters:
(a)
the fees to be paid in respect of any application under this Act and otherwise in connection with the administration of this Act, and the waiver, remission or refund (in whole or in part) of the fees;
(b)
the manner in which fees are to be paid.(3) The powers conferred by this section do not extend to any matter for which —
(a)
regulations may be made under section 13Z; and
(b)
Rules of Court may be made under section 32.”.
