Miscellaneous and consequential amendments

In the CDRA —

(a)

in section 2, in the definition of “Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal” or “tribunal”, replace “State Court” with “District Court”;

(b)

in section 14(1)(a), replace “State Courts” with “District Courts”; and

(c)

in section 21, replace “section 20(2)(a) or (b)” with “section 20(1)”.
