Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Community Disputes Resolution (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 7 April 2025.
Prescribed notice
A notice served on a person to attend court under section 13T of the Act must be in the form set out in the Schedule.
