The circumstances required to be stated in the notice under section 82, 83 or 84 include circumstances by reason of which, having regard to section 7 —
a person has an interest in voting shares;
a change has occurred in an interest in voting shares; or
a person has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in a company,respectively.
