These Regulations are the Companies (Commonwealth War Graves Commission (Singapore Branch) — Exemption from Section 379) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 28 June 2023.

reg 2Exemption

Commonwealth War Graves Commission (Singapore Branch) (UEN T15FC0152C), a foreign company registered under Division 2 of Part 11 of the Act, is exempt from section 379 of the Act.
