reg 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations are the Companies (Filing of Documents) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 32

In the Companies (Filing of Documents) Regulations (Rg 7), in regulation 32(a), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.

reg 3Amendment of regulation 33

In the Companies (Filing of Documents) Regulations, in regulation 33(a)(i), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
