reg 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Model Constitutions) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 3 January 2016.

reg 2Model constitution for private companies

The model constitution prescribed under section 36(1)(a) of the Act for a private company limited by shares is set out in the First Schedule.

reg 3Model constitution for companies limited by guarantee

The model constitution prescribed under section 36(1)(b) of the Act for a company limited by guarantee is set out in the Second Schedule.
