reg 1Citation and commencement

This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Prescribed Percentage under Section 76B(3) and (3B)) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2013.

reg 2Prescribed percentage under section 76B(3) and (3B) of Act

For the purposes of section 76B(3) and (3B) of the Act, the prescribed percentage shall be 20%.
