These Regulations are the Companies (Striking Off) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 20 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 3

In the Companies (Striking Off) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 834/2015), in regulation 3 —

(a)

in the regulation heading, replace “section 344A(4)(b)” with “section 344A(3)(b)”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), replace “section 344A(4)(b)” with “section 344A(3)(b)”; and

(c)

in paragraph (2), replace “section 344A(4)” with “section 344A(3)”.
