6. Form of application under section 359(7) of Act

For the purposes of section 359(7) of the Act, an application for an extension of the 60‑day period mentioned in section 359(6) of the Act must be in the form set out on the Authority’s website at www.acra.gov.sg/deregistration_EOT_application_form.
