30. Costs

The Board may, in relation to any appeal proceedings, award costs in its discretion.

The power to award costs under paragraph (1) includes the power to direct any party to pay to the Board such sum as may be appropriate in reimbursement of any costs incurred by the Board in connection with the summoning of witnesses.
