2. Compoundable offences

The offences under sections 22(4), 32(2), 65(6), 75(1), 76, 77, 78, 80(2) and 89(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Chief Executive or any officer of the Commission authorised by the Chief Executive in accordance with section 84 of the Act.

The maximum sum for which each such offence may be compounded is set out in the First Schedule.
Subregulation 1
