Search warrants
Subregulation 1
A warrant under section 65 of the Act shall —
(a)
be in the form set out in the Schedule;
(b)
be signed by a District Judge; and
(c)
bear the seal of the court.
Subregulation 2
A search warrant issued under the Act may be executed in any part of Singapore.
