60. Words of enactment of laws
Feedback & supportIn every Bill presented for assent, the words of enactment shall be as follows:“Be it enacted by the President with the advice and consent of the Parliament of Singapore, as follows:”.

“President” means the President of Singapore elected under this Constitution and includes any person for the time being exercising the functions of the office of President;
