Clause 12
Amendment of Article 94
Article 94 of the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “acting on” in the eighth and ninth lines of clause (3) and substituting the words “if the President, acting in his discretion, concurs with”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “acting on” in the second line of clause (4) and substituting the words “if he, acting in his discretion, concurs with”.
