Clause 15
Amendment of Article 105
Article 105 of the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “acting in accordance” in clause (1) and substituting the words “if the President, acting in his discretion, concurs”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “acting in accordance” in clause (3) and substituting the words “if he, acting in his discretion, concurs”.
