Clause 18
Amendment of Article 110A
Article 110A of the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “acting in accordance” in the fifth line of clause (1)(a) and substituting the words “if the President, acting in his discretion, concurs”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “acting in accordance” in clause (1)(c) and substituting the words “if he, acting in his discretion, concurs”.
