Amendment of First Schedule
In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2025 (G.N. No. S 415/2025), in the First Schedule —
delete item 15;
in item 17, in the second column, replace “Muhammad Faishal Bin Ibrahim” with “Zaqy Mohamad”; and
replace item 18 with —“18.Zaqy Mohamad Acting Minister‑in‑charge of Muslim Affairs Senior Minister of State,Ministry of Defence andMinistry of Sustainability and the Environment Deputy Leader of the House1.The following departments and subject in the Third Schedule:
Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura(b)Muslim Affairs(c)Registry of Muslim Marriages(d)Syariah Court2.Assisting Indranee Rajah in the performance of her Parliamentary functions”.
