5. Membership of Board
Feedback & supportThe Board shall consist of the following members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister:

“Board” means the Construction Industry Development Board established by section 3;
(a)
a member to be appointed as Chairman;
(b)
a member to be appointed as Deputy Chairman; and
(c)
not less than 5 nor more than 12 other members.
