10. Orders and rules of Board to be published

All orders of the Board shall be published as soon as practicable in the Gazette and may be proved by production of the Gazette.

“Board” means the Rent Conciliation Board constituted under the provisions of the Control of Rent Ordinance 1947 or this Act, as the case may be;

All rules made by the Board under section 9(1)(e) shall be published in the Gazette.
