31. Application to tenancies to which Government is not a party
Feedback & supportNotwithstanding any rule of law whereunder the provisions of this Act do not bind the Government they apply to any tenancy to which the Government is not a party.

“tenancy” means any lease, demise, letting or holding of premises whether in writing or otherwise, by virtue whereof the relationship of landlord and tenant is created, but does not include the letting or hiring of furnished rooms with board;
