33. Register of vector control operators, vector control technicians and vector control workers

The Director-General must maintain, in the form that he or she thinks fit, a register of all registered vector control operators, licensed and provisionally licensed vector control technicians and certified and provisionally certified vector control workers.

“Director-General” means the Director‑General of Public Health appointed under section 3(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987;

Any person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, inspect the register at any time during office hours.
