4. Controlled plants not to be permitted to grow
Feedback & supportSubject to the provisions of this Act, any person who permits any controlled plant to grow on land of which he is the owner or occupier shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50 for every such plant.
