Fees
The fee payable in respect of —
(a)
transcripts of the proceedings of the Board shall be $2.50 per folio; (b)written awards of the Board shall be $50 per copy ;and
(c)
each application to the Board for extension of the time allowed to commence development of the premises under section 4 (2) (c) of the Act shall be $800; and
(d)
each application for the consent of the Board under section 4(10) of the Act for the premises to be sold, leased or otherwise disposed of before the development of the premises is commenced shall be $800.
