Section 193DC

Evidence of compliance with conditions

If, in an action relating to this Part, a network service provider adduces evidence, as prescribed, that suggests that he has complied with a condition —

(a)

referred to in section 193B(2), 193C(2) or 193D(2) or (4); or

(b)

prescribed in any regulations made under section 193DE,the court shall presume, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the network service provider has complied with that condition.
