Section 232

Section 197(5) shall apply in relation to sound recordings made before 10th April 1987 as if the reference in that section to the expiration of the calendar year in which the recording is first published were a reference to the expiration of the calendar year in which the recording was made.[Aust. 1968, s. 234]
