Regulation 35
CMO must allow inspection of financial records
Subregulation 1
A CMO must permit a member to inspect the CMO’s financial records (but not records that relate specifically to other members’ portfolios) at least once every financial year.
Subregulation 2
A CMO may require a member to pay a fee for inspecting the CMO’s financial records, but only if the fee is provided for by the membership policy.
