Regulation 48

Fact finding, etc.

IPOS may, by written notice, direct a representor to do all or any of the following within a specified period (which may be extended by IPOS):

(a)

make a statutory declaration in support of the representations;

(b)

give IPOS any information or document related to the regulatory action (but not any information or document that is subject to legal privilege);

(c)

explain any matter relating to the regulatory action.
