Regulation 69
Submission of documents to Minister under Division 4 of Part 4
For the purposes of Division 4 of Part 4 —
(a)
a document may be submitted to the Minister only by sending it by email to the email address specified for this purpose on IPOS’s website; and
(b)
a document sent by email in accordance with paragraph (a) is deemed to have been submitted to the Minister at the time the email becomes capable of being retrieved.
