These Regulations are the Copyright Tribunals (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 65

In the Copyright Tribunals (Procedure) Regulations 2021, in regulation 65(3)(a), delete “by the Minister charged with the responsibility for trade and industry”.
