reg 26Definitions of this Division

In this Division —“case” means —

(a)

any application to a Tribunal under the Act (but not an interlocutory application); or

(b)

any reference to a Tribunal under the Act,and any reference to the bringing of a case has a corresponding meaning;“interlocutory application” means an application to a Tribunal under regulation 30, 32, 33, 34, 35 or 37.
