72. Adjournment pending decision of Court

Where a Tribunal refers a question of law arising in a case before it for the opinion of the Court under section 494(1), and the Tribunal has not decided on the case, the Tribunal must adjourn its hearing of the case until the question referred has been heard and decided by the Court.
