3. Remuneration of assessors

An assessor is to be remunerated at the rate of $100 per hour or part of an hour, for his or her attendance in court and for work done to assist the Coroner in connection with an inquiry, subject to a maximum of $700 per day.

An assessor is to be paid, in addition to paragraph (1), a transport allowance under regulation 4.
Subregulation 1
