Sections 4(e), 5(a) and (b), 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 21, 28, 29, 37(1) to (4), (6), (7), (8), (11) and (18), 38(e) and (f), 42 to 48, 52, 53, 55, 61, 68, 69, 81 to 88, 89(a), 90, 91, 93, 94, 95, 99, 101, 105(1) and (8) to (13), 106 to 110, 112, 114 to 121, 124, 128 to 131, 133, 149, 151, 152(1), 154 and 155(a) and (b) of the Corporate and Accounting Laws (Amendment) Act 2025 come into operation on 20 October 2026.
