Amendment of section 48E

Clause 18
Section 48E of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “prescribed amount” in subsection (1), the words “(or its equivalent in a foreign currency)”;
(b)
by deleting subsection (4); and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (5), the following subsection:“(6) The Minister may make regulations for the matters referred to in this section.”.
