This Order is the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992 (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 3) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 17 August 2026.

In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, in the Second Schedule, after Part 33, insert —“Part 34 — Offences included as serious offenceswith effect from 17 August 2026OffencesDescription*Penal Code 1871 663.Section 292(1) in a case mentioned in section 292(1A) or (1B)Sale of obscene objects, etc.664.Section 292(1C)Sale, etc., of obscene objects, on 2 or more occasions, to total number of 10 or more individuals665.Section 292BObscene object on online location”.
