Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, in the Second Schedule, after Part 33, insert —“Part 34 — Offences included as serious offenceswith effect from 17 August 2026OffencesDescription*Penal Code 1871 663.Section 292(1) in a case mentioned in section 292(1A) or (1B)Sale of obscene objects, etc.664.Section 292(1C)Sale, etc., of obscene objects, on 2 or more occasions, to total number of 10 or more individuals665.Section 292BObscene object on online location”.
